Announcing “Dharma Nuggets” for Metta Refuge!

I am absolutely delighted to announce the creation of a new sister blog—an ancillary blog, actually—to Metta Refuge.  It’s called Metta Refuge Dharma Nuggets and can be found here:

I created this new support blog because I wanted a way to post more often but with shorter “nuggets” that people could read in a few minutes.  I considered doing these “nuggets” here at Metta Refuge, but I felt that the blog could quickly get cluttered with dozens of posts, obscuring the longer and more in-depth articles.

If you are a regular visitor to Metta Refuge, you might want to take a look at these daily “nuggets” I’ll be offering. I plan on posting several times a day. I hope these shorter posts provide inspiration and a meaningful break from your busy day.
