No one has yet “chimed in” yet in the comments with PC meditation software, though I’m guessing there must be dozens of great applications. (Feel free to post a comment with suggestions, PC users!) But a friend of mine on Facebook did bring to my attention some other computer-related meditation aids.
The first doesn’t even require special software! It’s a page at a great dharma website called the Washington Mindfulness Community. Go to this link, below, and you’ll find a page where you can set up a schedule of bells to bring you back to mindfulness:
The next link from my friend is to a great review at iLounge, a terrific all-things iPod, iPhone, or iPad related website. The review looks at 16 top iPhone apps:
